What data: the tests or markers you choose in this form and your notes, which may reveal information about your health, your first name, your last name and your email.
What for: to prepare a quote and send it to you by email. If you then buy, to handle your order with the laboratory. If you answer our email, we keep your answer on the same request.
Legal basis: your explicit consent for health data (Art. 9.2.a GDPR) and your quote request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Who receives it: technology providers that help us deliver the service (hosting, database, email sending and artificial intelligence tools to prepare quotes). We only send those tools the list of tests, without your name or your email. If you buy, the partner laboratory in the city you choose. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long: we delete your request and our replies 90 days after we receive it. We keep the proof of this consent for 3 years.
Your rights: you can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@diagnosticstation.com. What we did before stays valid. You can also ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es). More information is in our privacy policy.
If you do not give this consent, we cannot prepare your quote.
